Refund / Exchange Policy
✿ As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
✿ Once the products are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement only.
✿ If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at ivoryhercouture@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.
✿ We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Once you have mailed us.
