Return / Exchange Policy

We don’t have return option only Exchanges is possible in certain products.

• Only if you receive the product in damage condition you can exchange it.
• You must mail us with proper video or Photo of the product unboxing within 24hours to accept your exchange.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• In case the product for replacement is not available they can choose alternative product.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Courier charges have to be paid by the customer to initiate the exchange policy.
• Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. DM us to get help for sizes.
• Once the order is placed cannot be cancelled.
